These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Adam Travel. By booking an Umrah package or any related service with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of a deposit or full payment.
  • Prices are subject to availability and may change until booking is confirmed.
  • Full payment must be made before travel documents are issued.
  • Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

Umrah Packages

  • Our packages may include flights, hotels, transport, and visa processing.
  • Package details (hotels, airlines, transport) are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to substitute services with alternatives of similar standard if necessary.

Visa Processing

  • We assist with Umrah visa applications but approval is at the discretion of Saudi authorities.
  • Adam Travel is not responsible for visa delays or rejections.
  • All required documents must be provided accurately and on time by the customer.

Flights & Airlines

  • Flight schedules are subject to change by airlines.
  • Adam Travel is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by airlines.
  • Passengers must comply with airline rules, baggage policies, and check-in requirements

Accommodation

  • Hotel ratings (3★, 4★, 5★) are based on local standards in Saudi Arabia.
  • Room allocation and facilities are managed by the hotel.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel policy and availability.

Transport & Ziyarat

  • Transport services are arranged through third-party providers.
  • Timings for Ziyarat tours may vary depending on local conditions.
  • Adam Travel is not liable for delays caused by traffic or external factors.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation charges apply depending on the timing of cancellation.
  • Deposits are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting supplier charges.
  • No refund will be given for unused services during the trip.

Changes by Customer

  • Any changes requested after booking may incur additional charges.
  • Changes are subject to availability and supplier policies.

Changes by Adam Travel

  • We reserve the right to make changes to your booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, we will offer suitable alternatives where possible.

Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all यात्रियों.

Liability

  • Adam Travel acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
  • We are not liable for acts, omissions, or failures of third-party providers.
  • We are not responsible for delays, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure passport validity (minimum 6 months).
  • Provide accurate information for booking and visa processing.
  • Follow Saudi laws, regulations, and Islamic guidelines during Umrah

Complaints

  • Any issues during travel should be reported immediately to our team.
  • Complaints after travel must be submitted in writing within a reasonable time.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
